Brandon — I am doing the first two weeks of this starting tonight, then starting over on July 2nd. Can you specify what event s you would be interested in? The Overtime workout is only 15 minutes long, but still manages to push you to your limits. It will be a fast paced, whole body insanjty session. It will help improve your form and your coordination while performing even the most basic exercises.
The Insanity Asylum workout program comes with six DVD workouts, a speed rope, an agility ladder, a workout calendar, a nutritional plan, the athletic performance assessment DVD, a bonus workout titled Overtime and the Playbook. Regardless of the workout program you decide to use, you will need to work on improving your diet as well if you want to see results. You will be doing some plyometrics, push ups, pull ups and several other moves. The hybrid schedules are also 30 days long. The speed rope is a basic, light weight jump rope.
Back to Core will help strengthen your core by working your back and ab muscles. If you are not a big fan of heavy cardio, you can integrate P90X and have more of a balance between strength training and cardio together. Also like you, most of my family is overweight. These first two weeks will tell aslum a lot about where I am and where I have to go. So this is great, I was scared of dropping one of the plan and doing only running to accomplish the marathon. As with many workout programs, there are those that love them and those that hate them.
The workout helps strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility through various stretches. A heavier gauge jump rope may ayslum help. Pure Cardio and Asylum: Marriage is a beautiful thing. Until January I have schedules to do, but in April I wanna run a marathon, so there are three months of time to excercise.
A lot of times I will do them back to back. A lot of people have asked me about full marathons.
That is up to you. On your second day, you will be doing the Strength workout. Do you have a hybrid for just running and Asylum? Not only will you lift more, jump higher and have more endurance, but you will also have more stamina to power through workouts. During this run there will be 15 obstacles. The agility ladder that accompanies the Asylum DVDs is a training tool used to increase the difficulty of the moves performed in the workouts.

If you get to those days and you are tuckered insanuty, then just do one of the workouts and try to get to asy,um point where you can do both in one day. Congrats on all the weight loss. The schedule will outline what workouts need to be done on what day, so you do not have to guess what comes next.
The reason being is so that I can get the soreness out before I run a 15K on July 4th.
The workout is varied and aims to give you one of the toughest whole body workouts possible. I usually work about 50 hours a week. By the end of the 30 days, you should be performing the moves much faster and be able to do more of them in the allotted time frame.
