I recommend you do it sooner rather then later because there are quite a few hidden gems inside. One of my favourite body building books. Mjke your training with a macro periodization is great. Make no mistake, Arthur Jones was a brilliant, creative individual.

All their routines are different which is why i say some form of HIT. Yesterday my session took under 35 minutes, and I was stretching it. The less time in the mdntzer more time for other stuff.
