I understood the reason behind the obsession with vanity but there were moments it made her come off like a high-flying hypocritical snob rather than enchanting swan. This is the last from the series of fairy tales inspired book of EJ, and i feel like reading back to the other three books.

Theo’s abrupt turnabout was the most contrived part of all it considering hours earlier she was set on moving out and insisting they separate. Their few days of marriage together are sweet as dudhess begin to turn from childhood friends to lovers and the promise of sweethearts. He literally said that, and no that wasn’t the moment I threw the book on the floor and screamed like an jqmes banshee.
I wasn’t terribly impressed with this book.
Could he truly remain celibate for the rest of his life? James has two problems with this. Girls on Fire by Robin Wasserman. Still, the tabloids give the marriage six months. The plot was such that it demanded to take place in a rather large time span, which is 7 years, in this case.

All of this left me feeling like there hadn’t been much planning put into the book. Then again, this point alone should be sufficient enough to prove that it was after all rather a well-written plot and can prove to be good story-telling from Ms James’s part. But it did not work for me at all.
Love and marriage may not come together all that often, but I will have no chance at all. If I ever feel anything like the roiling emotions uvly despair and heartbreak- that I felt through this book- after a breakup, I’d probably be sitting in some bar, staring uly my half-full glass of Jack Daniels and indulging myself in a depressed drunken wonder: Until he recognises Freya, masquerading amongst the party revellers, and realises his troubles have just begun.
She has it in her and here she mastered it brilliantly.
The Ugly Duchess — All About Romance
We did what was necessary to have you, and left it there. It wasn’t his choice to leave, Daisy gave him no choice. One day the duke revealed his dire fi 4. I truly enjoyed this book and I didn’t mind the cheating as he thought the marriage was over during they separated. This one, though, was one I’d been dallying over for some time and finally decided to give it a read. Want to Read uyly. To say they are immature is an understatement. When the mission goes wrong, it will take all of Garrett’s ubly and courage to save him. She taught him a thing or two, even though he felt terrible after the night with her. Theo would ug,y given it a lifetime. Despite having read many historical romances, Eloisa James was an author I had avoided because none of her synopses appealed to me. Didn’t love the protagonist, and there was weird pacing stuff happening, like 5 years going by and then pages of things that were continuous at the end Theo thought James loved her and because they were best friends she trusted him.
His father, on the other hand, was cheering up. I like Well, this one was a swing and a miss for me, which is a shame, because Eloisa James is usually a ton of fun.
Sooner than I would’ve liked, my expectations and happiness got shadowed by the shock and indignation of the change in story, slowly hhe to disbelief and finally condensing on being incensed. I rather liked Theo and Jamess, both their pre and post misunderstanding selves. I had mixed feelings for this one. You invested in one ridiculous scheme after another. Daisy thought herself plain and thin like a boy.
