When Christ who is your life is revealed, then you also will be revealed with him in glory. Change or Die is not about merely reorganizing or restructuring priorities; it’s about challenging, inspiring, and helping all of us to make the dramatic transformations necessary in any aspect of life—changes that are positive, attainable, and absolutely vital.
Deutschman suggests there are three keys to creating change; 1 from new, emotional relationships with a person or community that inspires and sustains hope; 2 these news relationships will help you to learn, practice and master needed new habits and skills; and, 3 these relationships will help you learn new ways of thinking about your situation and life. If you change, in other words, you’ll change. Alah know that assembly workers struggle against the power of their bosses.

Deutschman does an excellent job of destroying the theory that change is impossible and that people who are entrenched in their bad habits can’t change their behavior. If you do these three things, you can change the toughest of bad habits.
The book is split into two sections. Would you consider the audio edition of Change or Die to be better than the print version? It gathered a bunch of patients together for long conversations moderated by a professional. And it took two years before the company changed its incentive pay system to fit better with the new model, in which the reps had to invest a lot more time and effort before they signed deals.
The second method was group therapy, a newer strategy that was just starting to attract interest at the time.
The Three Keys to Change
