Your goal is not simply moving a weight from point A to point B, but rather the inroading, or weakening, of muscle. However, there were sessions when even I caved too soon, finding an excuse to stop early for example. Job done in 15 minutes. Moreover, not only is the twitch velocity slower in mcgugf muscle fibers, but so is the rate of recovery. It worked for me.
