So all in allan easy good read If I would have had a page or two stuck together I would have missed the entire relationship developing. It is about god damn time Cooper. I’m not usually a fan of chick lit, but the balance of humor, mystery, characters etc in these books makes them so much fun to read.

Bring on the Heather Wells-Cartwright Mystery: Sep 08, Beth rated it really liked it Shelves: Within the first chapter, I was laughing hysterically, and remained amused throughout the entire novel. Of course every silver lining ultimately has some black cloud attached. Plus, Tad tells her that he has a very important question to ask her, when the timing is right. Probably a little bit of both. Heather’s irrelevant attitude and poor eating habits are where the book gets annoying.
The permanent set of characters, like Magda, Sarah, Pete, Gavin Jun 02, Cherice rated it did not like it. Even though I have not read the first two editions in this series, circumstances were well enough explained that I could easily follow and the hints of mysteries before such as a Satanic frat ceremony sound intriguing enough to make readers want to go back and start at the very beginning.
This book was a quick easy read.

Heather, a former teen pop star and now assistant residence hall director at the fictional New York College’s Fischer Hall, tries to solve the dormitory’s third or maybe fourth, I’ve lost track murder to occur in the year she’s worked there, while at the same time figure out what to do about what seems to be a loo Even though Big Boned is pretty much the same book as the first two books in the Heather Wells series Size 12 Is Not Fat and Size 14 Is Not Fat Eitherit’s still a fun, fast read.
Big Boned is a cozy mystery after all, and the ending-on-a-happily-ever-after-note, while not literary, has a certain attraction. In all this book did not disappoint and I eagerly await the next installment! Loved how this book ended. Leave A Comment Cancel reply Comment.

You’ve successfully reported this review. This is by far the best and funniest of the series. I give this two stars instead of one because of the supporting characters. I had previously read the first two Heather Wells stories and found the main characters absolutely enchanting. They’re amusing but vig particularly satisfying — much like the junk food Heather Wells is always eating.
Mev course it’s what one is waiting for, but the lovely tension is now gone and I’m afraid that by the end of the last one they’ll be like an old married couple, or even bickering and doubting each other, having boring problems The police arrested her and Heather is once more safe. Best of all, nobody has died lately in “Death Dorm,” the aptly nicknamed student residence that Heather assistant-directs.
I had fun reading this and was excited to mge that it is apparently the weakest in the series.
First, her rebound boyfriend, the athletic, vegan, carb counting Tad has somehow convinced her to get up at 6 in the morning for a run, and her uterus just may have fallen out along the way. This is my second Meg Cabot – Heather Wells book. I have been waiting for him vig become jealous as fuck and it finally happened guys!

There’s been such a build-up this entire series on when they were going to get together and it was incredibly anti-climactic. Jamie seems to keg that she is the reason for Owen’s death, since she has an appt.
Aug 07, Rebecca rated it really mwg it. While the novel itself is a little slow oh, ok, a lot slow the humor ties readers to the character and situation. Also posted on Purple People Readers. He invites her on a hiking trip which is something Heather doesn’t do and they ended up breaking up.
